Bette Midler

One of my favourite singers is Bette Midler. I first heard her music in the late 70s.
I hope to get her greatest hits, a cd called "Experience the Divine". I also hope to buy her dvd called "One Night Only", which was shown on ITV last year 2014.

Terminator

The new Terminator film is out July 1st 2015. the film called Terminator Genisys is the 5th in the Terminator history.


I have seen the four Terminator films before this new one (Terminate Genisys), my favourites film is Terminator 3: Rise of The Machines out in 2003.


I hope to see the new Terminator film when it come out July 1st 2015.

New films

I am looking forward to the new Star Wars film called The Force Awakens. It comes out December 18th 2015.


It looks good, most of the films were very good.
My favourite characters are Han Solo, Chewbacca, Anakin Skywalker and Yoda.


My fave Star Wars films are The Empire Strikes Back, followed by A New Hope.


Before then I hope to see films like: Avengers: Age of Ultron, Big Game and Fast and Furious 7.

Big Game...

I'm looking forward to seeing the new Samuel L Jackson film, 'Big Game'. I really like his films and the characters that he portrays. His characters are often complex, sometimes disturbed and dark. Mostly, they're just decent individuals who will do the right thing whatever the odds. He's always interesting to watch. 
                                                                      Funnily enough, I remember him in 'Die Hard with a Vengeance' and that was 20 years ago! I suppose 'Big Game' is in the queue with the other films I want to see this year, for example, the latest 'Avengers' film...I'm going to have to organise a trip to the cinema soon.

eye test and music

I will be having my eyes tested this week - 29/4 - at a shop in Lambeth.

I will be going go in the morning with dad for this test.

The test will take about 30 to 50 min, and after we'll be going home to have lunch.

After lunch I will be listening to my music that on cds. The music I will listen to is Japanese music, both traditional and modern. I will also listen to jazz music cds.

dawn of the planet of the apes

The last film I've seen was Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. This was the 2nd of the apes film. It was very good indeed,

There was lots of drama and action in this movie. The plot was very good and action is very fast.

I saw it on dvd. The special effects in the film was very good.

my overall mark is 5/5.

The Hobbit

One of my favourite films is the Hobbit, though I
haven't seen the third film in the trilogy. I'll 
probably have to buy or rent the dvd. I just never seemed to find a time to go and see it when it was first released.    
                                                                            The film I want to see currently, is The Fast and the Furious 7. I don't drive and though the films (in the series) are really exciting and full of action, I'm happy to get the bus! My usual day to go the cinema is Saturday, so I'll have to see whether family or friends are interested in going.
