Eddie Murphy films

I am looking to get the 48 hours and another 48 hours films on dvds for Christmas.

new eiephant and castie

The elephant and castle which is near where I live is undergone a big regeneration. The look of elephant and castle will change with a new town center. The new town center will have a new shopping center, new campus for London college of communication and 1,000 new homes for rental market.

overall we are still around 10 to 12 years away form the end of this huge regeneration.

my chrismas list 2017

Each year at chrismas the presents I get can be put into the same few groups. one group is cds and dvds, most of which are box sets. I have a clothing group which including t-shirts, trainers and slippers.

I get some men's grooming stuff at chrismas including bubble bath. I also get toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner and shower gel.


I may also get a micro hi-fi system as well as a new dvd player. I hope to get a tablet as well.

halloween 2017

I hope to do something with Halloween just 1 week away. be it indoor or outdoor, I hope to do lots of fun things on the night.


I hope to spend part of Halloween night outdoor to have some fun. They be some Halloween stuff going on at bede that day.

storing my cds and dvds

I use 5 storage boxes for my cds and dvds. the boxes are made of plastic and are multi-colour, I had the storage boxes for over 10 years. then still in good shape.

the 5 boxes are all got different colour and are all rectangle in shape.

heartbeat cds box sets

I look for a cds box sets of music from the TV series heartbeat. I find a 3cds box sets called The Very Best of heartbeat: The Album. The set has 84 songs from the 60s.


A 2cds box sets call Heartbeat Moments with 50  songs is also on my list.

dvd shopping

Today me and my dad what to Morrison's to buy the Wonder Woman dvd which come out this week.


The Morrison's was in Camberwell. Now that I've got this dvd, I will make a list of other dvds for xmas.

mc hammer

I really like the track 'Have you seen her?' Ok, it was first released by the Chi-lites in 1971, but I do like the 1990 MC Hammer version, ( from, 'Please Hammer, don't hurt 'Em,' LP).

Blade Runner

I'm looking forward to seeing Blade Runner, 2049 in the cinema. It looks pretty amazing. 'Opinion seems to be that it is as good or better than the original.' However, I haven't seen the original-so maybe I should and see how that story has been developed.

the mummy

A new film with tom cruise is now out on DVD, it call The Mummy. It a fantasy adventure film like the mummy films of the late 1990s and 2000s.

I hope to buy the DVD asap.

law and order: special victims unit

the law and order s.v.u show has season 5 and 6 out now on dvd. I hope to go and bey both 6- discs asap.

Top of the Pops

I'm constantly trying to build up my collection of music...mostly by buying CD compilations, because you tend to get the best tracks released by the artist...well the most successful commercially. Anyway, I intend to buy, 'Top of the Pops, number ones.' It covers the period 1964 to 1985, so there is a massive number of tracks by various artists.

Vlerian

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, is in the cinema currently. Honestly, I know nothing about the film's background, or the story. However, having seen the trailer, it looks spectacular, exciting and really interesting... so I'll speak to friends and...




I've been following The Fast and the Furious series, since it began. However, I've got 5,6,7 on dvd, though I've not seen 8 in the cinema, but will get the dvd when it it comes out (Nov?). The series keeps on going.

Top of the Pops

I'm going to the Westfield at Stratford on Thursday and will definitely go to HMV. I'm after some Top of the Pops CD compilations from recent years...trying to remember which years.I like many different artists, for example, Michael Jackson, S Club 7, Kool and the Gang, Rod Stewart, Marie Wilson. Oh yes, the CD's I am interested in include : New Wave, The New Romantics and Volume 3, The No. 1's 1964-1985.

new films release

The first film that I hope to watch this summer is Valerian and The City of Thousand Planets. After that the other film to see will be Transformers: The Last Knight.

new dvds for bill

A DVD that out now, that i hope to get soon is Beauty and the Beast (live action). It a remake of the Disney animation of 1991.

A new DVD that out now is Fifty Shades Darker. It the sequel of the 2015 film, Fifty Shades of Grey. I hope to get it in the next few weeks.

In the next 3 months then are a few dvds that I hope to buy than incision : Wonder Woman, Fast and Furious 8, The Mummy (2017), Transformers: The Last Knight, Spider-man Homecoming, Planet of the Apes triple dvds and Atomic Blonde.

I hope to see the new spider-man film that now out in the cinema and call spider-man homecoming as soon as possible. If not then on DVD, when it come out at the end of 2017.

2017 Eurovison

I will buy the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest dvd, but not at the current, overpriced cost of £30.00. I'll wait until the price drops and then buy it, hopefully. I've got a pretty good dvd player, but not access to the Internet, except at Bede. So  dvds are my main source of entertainment at home (well TV...).

planet ov the apes

I'm looking forward to the next...War of the Planet of the Apes film. I've been following the story since the first film...(Rise of).You really care about the ape characters. The human characters are pretty horrible, (mostly). Anyway, there is plenty of action.

tom cruise movies

With the mummy now out, Tom Cruise fans can look forward to two new films in the next year.


The new movies are American Made (2017) and Mission Impossible (2018).

Eurovision Song Contest

I have a wide range of musical interests                   (I think ).The dvd of the Eurovision Song Contest should be out in July and I want that. I have the 2015 and 2016 discs, so I suppose I'm starting a collection of sorts. I like to be organised and to be able to find things in my collection at home.


The cds of this years Eurovision 2017 are all ready out in the shops. The 3 dvds set is out 23th June 2017. The 3 dvds set has all 3 shows both the semi-finals and the grand finals. It also has behind the scene bonus material.

Wonder Woman

I want to go and see Wonder Woman in the cinema, though I'm not sure when. I'll probably go to Surrey Quays to see it. I've seen the adverts for the film and it looks pretty spectacular.                   I remember the TV version as well. The reviews that I've seen are all positive. I have quite a few films on dvd from the DC and Marvel characters. I think my favourite is Spider Man.

Englebert, The Last Waltz

I'm going to Surrey Quays tomorrow to buy the Englebert Humperdinck compilation CD, '50'. I've always liked his music since I was young. The song I particularly remember, is The Last Waltz, which came out in 1967. Anyway, on the album there are 39 songs, so  it should pretty much cover/represent, all he has done over the years.

my tv in 70s

In the early 70s I watch shows like The Foster, On the Buses, The Sweeney and Man about the House. I did not watch the news, sport or chat shows.


In the late 70s the TV shows I watch were Dallas, Robin Nest, Minder, Top of the Pops and Emmerdale Farm. outside this group I watch little else TV.

The Sweeney

A show of the 70s that I hope to get on dvds is The Sweeney.


The Sweeney was one of the top shows of the 70s in the uk. It was the best cop show of the 70s. The two main stars were John Thaw and Dennis Waterman were perfect together in the show.

One of the 80s big TV show that I hope to get on dvds is the A-Team.


This run for 5 seasons and 98 episodes in total. the 4 stars of the show were George Peppard, Dirk Benedict, Dwight Schuitz and Mr T.

new allen film

Out on 12 May 2017 in the UK is the 2nd prequel to the 1979 alien film. This film is call alien: covenant. This is the six overall film of the alien series.

la la land

This week I'm taking about one of the big film of 2016 that now out on dvd.


La La Land is film that has won lots of  awards include 6 academy awards.


The dvd came out April 2017.

ailen nation the film

This week I will be taking about the alien nation 1988 film which is out on dvd now.


I like the film when when it come out in 1988. It buddy cop in sci-fi setting was new in 88. After this film there was a short lived TV show of the same name it ran for 22 episodes.

the bill

The bill was a uk cop show that was on itv from 1984 to 2010.  It run for 26 series and over 2,350 episodes.


It was shoot in London for it whole run. It is one of the longest TV show of all time


It has lots of dvds in the shops, include some box sets which I hope to get before the end of the year.

dempsty and makepeace

Dempsey and Makepeace was a uk TV cop show of the mid 80s. It ran for 30 episodes over 3 series.


A box set of all 30 episodes is out in the uk, and I hope to get it in the next few months.

return of the saint

A TV show I watch in the late 70s was Return of the Saint. It ran for 24 episodes from 1978 to1979.


It star Ian Ogilvy as Simon Templar. The show is on dvds and I hope to buy it as soon as possible.

The music show top of the pops I saw for the first time in the mid 70s. The groups I saw at that time include Abba, Queen and T-Rex.


The solo artists include Elton John, John Lennon and David Bowie. There were lots of new music types in the mid 70s.

crossroas dvd

I'm looking to get a box set of crossroads dvds. it look as if them are a few of there box sets on the market.


I like the show as it was nice and easy to follow.

z-cars dvds

I hope to buy some z-cars dvds as I like the show when it was on the TV in the 60s and 70s on bbc.


I like z-cars as it was abort the police. it had lots of action in it. it run for 16 years.

fast and furious 8

a new fast and furious film is coming out the next two weeks. the film is call the fate of the furious.
it the 8 films in this franchise.


the film is just over 2 hours long. it may be the last film in the franchise.

The next star wars film has a name it will be call 'The Last Jedi' episode 8 in the sky walker saga.


The film is coming out December 15 2017. The first trailers will be out next few monthly's.

After I get the on the buses box set, the next itv sitcom I hope to get is the fosters a 70s show all about black family who living in London.


This show had as it 2 main stars Norman Beaton and Lenny Henry.

This coming week, I will be going out to buy the box set of itv sitcom 'On The Buses'. The box set has 11 dvds which have all 7 series on then.


This box set has over 1900 minutes of this 70s sitcom to enjoy.

a new movie

A new movie that coming out in the next two weeks, that I seen it's poster this past weekend. It  call Ghost in the Shell.


If I get to see the film at the cinema then that would be so good to watch. I know that the dvd of the movie will be out at the end of 2017.

assasinss creed film

the assassin cred film that can out 2016, will come out on dvd on march 21st 2017. I hope to buy the dvd on the day.

This morning I what to Surrey Quays to buy a dvd. the dvd I got was Mission Impossible - Rogue Nation with tom cruise.


I seen all the mission impossible films 1 to 5 so far. I am looking forward to number 6 which come out in 2018.

rock n roll

The type of music I like the most is rock n roll of the 50s and 60s.


The rock n roll acts I like the most are Bill Haley, Buddy Holly, Elvis Presley and Chuck Berry.

new kong film

There a new Kong film coming out march 8th 2017 its call Kong: Skull Island.


I am hoping to see this film at the cinema in the next month, if not I get it on dvd last 2017.

fifty shades daker

This film is out now at the cinema. The dvd should be out by September or October 2017


I have not seen the first film Fifty Shades of Grey that come out in 2015.

tom hanks

I am looking to get tom hanks films when there come out on dvd. one of the film is call "Sully: Miracle on the Hudson. This film come out late 2016.


the dvd will come out around the middle of 2017. The other film that out on dvd now is inferno, which I am getting this week.

oivia newton john

I am hoping to get her newest definitive collection cd. It has 22 of her biggest hits on one cd. Some of the songs are Xanadu, Physical, Summer Nights and You're The One That I Want.


I also looking to get one of her live show on dvd. Her newest show is her "Two Strong Hearts - Live in concert" with John Farnham from 2015.

music interests

I really want to get hold of the Royal Variety Performance 2016 on dvd. However, I can't seem to find a copy that's available. There are collections of performances over the years, but... Update there are no Royal Variety Performance on dvd at this time.


Looking forward to the 2017 Eurovison Song Contest. It will be held in Kiev, in Ukraine. I watch it every year, it's great entertainment. I don't think the UK is going to win (again), whatever song we have.

Over the next 6 month or so, my home will get hopefully getting a new kitchen and new bathroom.


As far as the new kitchen me and my family hope the new kitchen will be a 16 unit kitchen in white. The new bathroom will have both a bath and showers.

my birthday

For my birthday, I hopes to get the royal variety performance 2016 dvd and hope to get Sunday night at the London palladium dvds.


I also hope to get new trainer.

So for xmas I got xmas cds including Tony Bennett, Chas and Dave and xmas carols. I also got some dvds including Glenn Miller story, The Big Shots. The Legend of Tarzan, Ghostbusters old and new.


I also got jumper, new dvd player and new TV.
