Bill's reflections on 2015

I have done lots in 2015. I've been the Bede karaoke DJ all year. I've been in the blog group. I've been going out a lot this year. I've gone to some jumble sales and fairs in 2015.


I like listing to music this year. New cds I got this year include Chas and Dave and Jive Bunny.


I also got dvd movies Air Force One and Terminator Genisys


My job on a Thursday morning has been going very well this year.


My year is a 8/10!

Marvel's The Avengers Blu-ray Clip 5

Marvel's The Avengers is coming out on DVD in December and I would like to buy it. It's very funny. Iron Man is in it and the Incredible Hulk, who jumps up and crashes through a building.

Larry Hagman

My first time watching Larry was in the 1960s in I Dream of Jeannie. He big break was as J.R. Ewing in Dallas. He did the new vision of Dallas in 2012.


He was in other TV shows like The Streets of San Francisco, Knots Landing, Nip/Tuck and Desperate Housewives.


He was in the films like Stardust, The Eagle Has Landed, Superman and Nixon.

max bygrtaves

I first watched Max in the 60s. He was on TV a lot on shows like the royal variety performance.


He worked on TV shows like Family Fortunes which he hosted for 2 years (1983-1985), plus the variety shows that he was still doing in the 1980s.

Bill likes chicken, pork and beef. Bill likes toast and a cup of tea for breakfast.


Bill has jacket potatoes for lunch at home, when out for lunch Bill has a roll and coffee. For fillings for the potatoes, Bill has salad and waldorf salad.

I like to talk about Bruce Forsyth. 

I first saw Bruce in the 1960 doing Sunday night at the London Palladium.



I next saw Bruce in the 70s when he did The Generation Game on the BBC on Saturday night.







In the 80 Bruce did LWT play your cards right that was on both Friday and Saturday 
night during it's run.

In the new millennium he has done shows like Strictly Come Dancing (2004-2013) Have I Got News For You and Who Do You Think You Are.

new Star Trek movie

The new Star Trek movie out 2016 is call Star Trek Beyond. The cast have just started filming in the last week.

I  hope to see this new move at the cinemas or on dvd in late 2016

I have seen all of the Star Trek movie so far. My most like Star Trek movie is Star Trek 4: The Voyage Home, which come out in 1986.

The New Avengers

I hope to soon get the complete DVD collection of 1970s TV show The New Avengers.
I watch the show when it was first broadcast in mid 1970s. I like all the action in the show.

I hope to buy the dvd in the next few weeks.


I already seen two of marvel movies than were Daredevil and Avengers Confidential: Black.


I am looking forward to Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in March 2016.

Meryl Streep is in a new movie call Ricki and the Flash. If I can't get to see it in the cinema I will get it on dvd.

Leslie Crowther was a uk game show host who I like in the 80s and 90s.



He presented show like The Price is Right and Stars in The Eyes.


He shows are seen on challenge TV 2 to 3 times a year.

On The Buses

Today I talk about On The Buses which was a sitcom on itv in late 60s to 1973. I watch the show on itv3 now in the morning. I like the show because it funny.



I also seen the 3 films that were made 1971 to 1973. The films were ok. There are dvd box sets of On The Buses.

My tv watching

I have Freeview at home. I watch ITV, C5, itv4, sky news.


On ITV I watch any Paul O'Grady shows, On The Buses, The Real Housewives group, Take Me Out, This Morning and Lewis.


On Channel 5, I watch Big Brother, Buried Secrets, Crimes of the Mind, The Hollywood Moms Mystery.


On itv4 I watch Minder only.

summer activates 2015

I hope to do most of the summer activates on a Tuesday plus do the seaside trip on a Wednesday.

Liam Neeson

Liam Neeson is a very good actor. He has been in two films this year: Entourage and Ted 2.


Liam has 3 films that are in pre-production or post-production. The 3 films are called Silence, A Willing Patriot and Monster Calls.


I've enjoyed Liam Neeson's films over the years. He's one fine actor. I look forward to all the films that he'll be in the next few years.

amazing Spiderman 2

I watch the amazing Spiderman 2 movie last week the movie was all right, could be better.


This is the 5th Spiderman movies that I seen in the last 13 years. Then all very good movies.

Rocky films

I would like to talk abort the Rocky box set that I got at home.


I got the box set with movies 1 to 6 in the box set.


I watch all 6 films so far, only the new seven film call Creed I have not yet seen.


I like the boxing bits in the films plus the story's in films are very good. my fav Rocky film is Rocky 4.

tv show 80s

I am look forward to getting the compete tenth season of Dallas on dvd box set soon.


Other 80 TV show hope to get on dvd are Take The High Road and Crossroad.

80s sounds

I hope to buy the Spandau Ballet film: soul boys the western world dvd as soon as possible (asap).



I like 80s music, but have no cds of 80s music at home.
 Hopeful when I go shopping next at HMV shop, I will look for 80s music compilation box sets.

There are lots of box sets of 80s music.

Fast and Furious Series

Today I would talk about Fast and Furious. So far I've seen the first 5 films. I hope to see number 6 on dvd soon.


I do have a box set of the fast and furious (1 to 4) at home. I hope to get numbers 5 and 6 at the same time as number 7 comes out in September.


I like all the action in the series. I also like the cars and special effects that are in all films.


My favourite actor is Dwayne Johnson.
I like the fast and furious films!

mad max trilogy

I like to talk about the Mad Max trilogy. I have seen all the 3 films that came out in the 70s and 80s.


I like the cast of the films. My favourite actor is Mel Gibson.


I hope to get the Mad Max trilogy dvd set sometime in the summer.

Eurovision 2015

I watched the Eurovision on Saturday at home.


I saw the whole show and my favourite song was the Estonia song.


Graham Norton was very funny doing the show.


Sweden were the winner. UK should have got more points!

jurassic world film

I hope to see the Jurassic World film when it comes out on June 11th.


The dinosaurs I'm looking forward to seen the most are parasaurolophus and triceratops.


I looking forward to seeing the gondola lift, monorails and ferry, plus all the cars that get smashed up towards the end.


I am so looking forward to watching the film.

Bette Midler

One of my favourite singers is Bette Midler. I first heard her music in the late 70s.
I hope to get her greatest hits, a cd called "Experience the Divine". I also hope to buy her dvd called "One Night Only", which was shown on ITV last year 2014.

Terminator

The new Terminator film is out July 1st 2015. the film called Terminator Genisys is the 5th in the Terminator history.


I have seen the four Terminator films before this new one (Terminate Genisys), my favourites film is Terminator 3: Rise of The Machines out in 2003.


I hope to see the new Terminator film when it come out July 1st 2015.

New films

I am looking forward to the new Star Wars film called The Force Awakens. It comes out December 18th 2015.


It looks good, most of the films were very good.
My favourite characters are Han Solo, Chewbacca, Anakin Skywalker and Yoda.


My fave Star Wars films are The Empire Strikes Back, followed by A New Hope.


Before then I hope to see films like: Avengers: Age of Ultron, Big Game and Fast and Furious 7.

Big Game...

I'm looking forward to seeing the new Samuel L Jackson film, 'Big Game'. I really like his films and the characters that he portrays. His characters are often complex, sometimes disturbed and dark. Mostly, they're just decent individuals who will do the right thing whatever the odds. He's always interesting to watch. 
                                                                      Funnily enough, I remember him in 'Die Hard with a Vengeance' and that was 20 years ago! I suppose 'Big Game' is in the queue with the other films I want to see this year, for example, the latest 'Avengers' film...I'm going to have to organise a trip to the cinema soon.

eye test and music

I will be having my eyes tested this week - 29/4 - at a shop in Lambeth.

I will be going go in the morning with dad for this test.

The test will take about 30 to 50 min, and after we'll be going home to have lunch.

After lunch I will be listening to my music that on cds. The music I will listen to is Japanese music, both traditional and modern. I will also listen to jazz music cds.

dawn of the planet of the apes

The last film I've seen was Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. This was the 2nd of the apes film. It was very good indeed,

There was lots of drama and action in this movie. The plot was very good and action is very fast.

I saw it on dvd. The special effects in the film was very good.

my overall mark is 5/5.

The Hobbit

One of my favourite films is the Hobbit, though I
haven't seen the third film in the trilogy. I'll 
probably have to buy or rent the dvd. I just never seemed to find a time to go and see it when it was first released.    
                                                                            The film I want to see currently, is The Fast and the Furious 7. I don't drive and though the films (in the series) are really exciting and full of action, I'm happy to get the bus! My usual day to go the cinema is Saturday, so I'll have to see whether family or friends are interested in going.

new bond movie - Spectre

I am looked forward to seeing the Bond movie called Spectre. This is Daniel Craig 4th Bond movie, I have seen the other 3 movies.



It opens on the 6th November 2015.

I like Bond movie because of the action and
adventure. I like the stars and the music.

I am looking forward to the film as I will be going to Surrey Quays Odeon to watch it when it come out.

I've seen Bond movies at Surrey Quays before with Quantum of Solace.

movie time

I hope to see the Fast and Furious 7 at Surrey Quays this Easter. I hope to see it at the weekend sometime in the next two weeks.

Hope to go with family to the movie. I hope to have some popcorns watching the film.

bill fav market

My favourite market is one near Waterloo station, called the Real Food Market.

The market is at the Southbank centre every Wednesday to Saturday. The market is open midday to 7pm, but only to 6pm on Saturday.

I go with my Thursday Friends to try new foods. I love the fish and chips at the market, but I've tried other food like cheese.

I like to walk around the market and sit down to eat the food.

Thursday friends group

I have a group every Thursday, when I go out with 3 friends to see the sights of London. 

We meet at the Elephant & Castle shopping centre before midday, we usually know were we going that day. This Thursday Barry, Anthony, Dave and me will get a 133 bus from Elephant & Castle to Streatham. 

Last Thursday (5/3/2015) the group went to Wimbledon for shopping.

Saturday Shopping

On Saturday I went to Oxford Circus with mum and dad. We got the 12 bus from Elephant and Castle all the way to Oxford Circus.

We walked along Oxford Circus, going in the shops. We stopped for lunch around midday, we stopped at a place call La Gourmandina. I had Gnocchi Alla Boscaiola with a cup of tea.

After lunch, we did shopping in Regent Street. I got a hair dryer, fan heater and a 42in TV. We got chance to go to Selfridges in Oxford Street.

A day shopping

On Saturday morning, I went with mum and dad to John Lewis in Kingston-upon-Thames. We got there by car.

In John Lewis we brought a hair dryer by Revlon. We also got a Tefal Actifry. It's a low-fat fryer.

We had lunch at John Lewis. I had jacket potatoes with prawns and seafood sauce, and a cup of tea. It was all right. Once home, my family help set up the hair dryer and the Tefal Actifry to use.

tv and dvd weekend

I've had time to watch 1983's "Scarface" with Al Pacino on dvd. "Scarface" was all right.

On Saturday evening I watched "Harry Hill's Stars in Their Eyes" and "Take Me Out". I like "Stars in the Eyes" more than "Take Me Out".

Sunday afternoon I watched the 1998 movie "The Rat Pack" on dvd. "The Rat Pack" was good but not as good as "Scarface".

Sunday evening I watched "Lewis" on ITV3 before watching "All Star Family Fortunes" on ITV. "Family Fortunes" was better than "Lewis" on Sunday.

Daniel Craig's Next Bond Film

The next film I'm going to see is Spectre which is the new Bond film. The film is out on 6th November 2015.

I am looking forward to the film as I will be going to Surrey Quays Odeon to watch it at the weekend.

I'v seen Bond movies at Surrey Quays before with Quantum of Solace.

Death in Parardise

I been watching the TV show Death in Paradise since it started in 2011.

The show has a good storyline. I like the acting and the scenery is very good. The actors are easy to hear and the background music is at the right level.




I like the storyline and it's easy to follow. My favourite characters are Camille Bordey and Florence Cassell.

bill shopping day

I went to East Street Market in Walworth, South London last Thursday and will be going back this Thursday.

Last Thursday I got a CD from a shop at East Street Market it was called Greatest Jazz Divas (3 CDs).

The cds have 75 songs; that's 25 songs per CD.  I like going to East Street Market as there are lots of shops and lots of space.

I had fish and chips at East Street Market in a fish and chip shop..

Going for spaghetti

I had my birthday last Thursday 15 January. I did some shopping in Centre Court Shopping in Wimbledon.

For my birthday I got some pyjamas, trainings, cds and DVDs. 

My mum and dad came to my home. All 3 of us went out for a birthday meal, spaghetti bolognese.

bill xmas holidays

I was give money to get my own presents. I got Cd's and DVDs with the money I got for Christmas.

The cd's I got were Neil Diamond, Boney M (2 cds), Big Fun and Count Basie.

The dvds I got were Jersey Boys and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.

I spent xmas day with mum and dad at there home in center London.

I was at my own home for New Year Eve.
